Full and Part-Time Nannies
A full-time nanny schedule is 32+ hours per week, with overtime pay required for all hours exceeding 40 per week. Part-time schedules are anything under 32 hours per week. All of our positions must offer basic benefits such as guaranteed hours, paid time off, and a signed contract between employer and employee. Most of our long-term placements involve a standard mutual commitment of at least 12 months between the nanny and the family.
