We are an agency created by nannies for nannies. We have tremendous respect for the community of Seattle caregivers and are excited to be part of your team. While our job may begin with an interview and placement, we want to stand by you on your journey and help you navigate any bumps along the way.

We believe in furthering the nanny profession by upholding high standards.
Our positions start at $30 an hour (rates will be reflective of position location, job expectations, and applicant experience) and all must offer standard nanny benefits: legal pay including overtime for time over 40 hours a week, guaranteed hours, sick leave, paid time off, and a contractual agreement between employer/employee. We also provide families with educational materials on how to be excellent employers so that they come into the relationship prepared.
Application Requirements
No two nannies are the same, but finding professional, passionate, reliable, warm, dynamic, collaborative, creative, and trustworthy humans are some of the top qualities we look for in our caregivers.
Applicants must have the following:
Three years of recent and relevant professional* experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to sign a W4 and employment contract
A minimum of three employer/work-related references from recent positions held
Must be able to submit to a thorough background and driving record checks
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
Have an up-to-date Infant/Child First Aid/CPR certification
Connectivity: must have access to a reliable phone with cell and internet access
Must be willing to wear a mask and work through minor illnesses
Nannies must be physically able to lift 40lbs and maneuver around with ease (if accommodations are needed and able to be provided for, please state this in your application)
Must have reliable transportation and insurance if pertinent to position
Must be non-smoking
Some positions will require vaccine records and require scent-free products while working
