After meeting in a toddler dance class in 2017 while accompanying their nanny kids, Bri and Priya became fast friends. With 30 years of joint experience working as career nannies (as well as family assistants and household managers!), they decided to expand their offerings, launching Constellation Care NW in January 2025!
While running a small business isn’t new to either Bri or Priya (read more in their individual bios below), this venture feels extra special. Both share a deep love and appreciation for Seattle’s tight-knit nanny community, and know firsthand how important it is to find and foster authentic connections between families and caregivers.
Meet The Team
Priya Alahan
Priya was born right here in the PNW, and spent years of her childhood between Hawaii and South India. Returning to Seattle at 18 she quickly found her calling in providing childcare to families with immune compromised kiddos. Priya’s love of culinary creativity helped her transition from strictly nanny roles to family assistant, household manager, and private chef positions in subsequent jobs.
She is a talented photographer and a world traveler. Priya continues to pursue her passion for portrait and dance photography locally while working as a full-time nanny and household manager.
Bri O’Donnell
Landing in the PNW in 2010 to start her MA in Counseling Psychology, Bri decided to continue her work as a nanny alongside her studies. What she didn’t expect was her passion for childcare to grow and turn into a long-term career. In addition to her work as a nanny, Bri has worked in property management, operating two thriving short-term rentals. Customer service is dear to her heart and she enjoys not only finding out what individuals desire in life, but helping bring it to fruition. Outside of work, Bri loves spending her time with her one-year-old daughter and introducing her to the finer things in life, like good coffee shops, beach camping, and all the mountain adventures- they are as Seattle as you can get.
