Our comprehensive vetting process entails a thorough application and in-person interview, multiple reference checks, background reports. We then pass on only the very best candidates to fit your family’s needs. Every caregiver must have a minimum of 3 years of professional and relevant experience, hold current CPR and First Aid certifications, and have clean records, amongst many other fabulous characteristics.
